Overview

Tassimo brings the richness and variety of international coffee traditions to US consumers through an innovative single serving coffee machine — making their kitchen a coffeehouse.

Although consumers can find T DISC packages at their favorite retailers, a home delivery service is Tassimo's key differentiator. So, the primary goal was to make the experience enticing and easy for new users to sign up for a subscription by placing their first order. Account management and order tracking are the key actions for current subscribers. To the delight of our business team partners, we created many up-sell and cross-sell tools in the templates. Built on the Kraft DTC platform, the new site was designed for the US market, as a template for future updates to the Canadian and European sites. 

What I Did

Working with a Creative Director, I led the team of local design resources that took the initial design concept, refined it and expanded it. Midway through the project, I traveled to Buenos Aires to direct a team of designers creating the 47 additional templates and site assets. I was also responsible for overseeing creative quality control of the coded templates.
